DIRECTOR OF MOVEMENT // ENERGY // ATTITUDE

I grew up between the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii, exploring the outdoors, going to see live music, and eating delicious food. My first career (after the obligatory random jobs as a teen/early adult) was in travel and tourism. I gallivanted around in a 15-passenger van with a roof rack as a tour leader for 20 years throughout the continental US and Canada, primarily in Alaska. On my time off, I wandered the world, seeking new experiences and connections. I have been to 50 states, 32 countries (and counting!), and 7 continents.

Realizing the desire for a physical address and a new path, I returned to school for photography. Ultimately that led me to NYC, where I have been living and working in the industry full-time since 2007. Perhaps you have seen me on set working in production, setting up lights, dancing a jig, grippin’ my heart out, driving a cube truck, doing high kicks, and now…WRANGLING!! (…or have I always been wrangling?) 🤔

My work style is high energy, full of humor, patience, psychology, communication, bodily autonomy and teamwork. I strive to connect with each and every child, from newborn to teen, and create a safe and fun environment for everyone. I love to collaborate with various teams on diverse projects, from stills to motion. I’m always down to travel and sure do enjoy good snacks. I have an arsenal of dad jokes and a rad sticker collection that is a reward system for all.
